Terms of Service

By using PackAnvil ("the Service"), you are deemed to have agreed to all of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Logging in to the Service is performed via Discord account linking.
• As a rule, each person may hold only one account. Abuse involving multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Account registration on the Service (Discord-linked login) is intended for users aged 13 and over (consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service). Browsing and using the builder without logging in is not age-restricted.
• Users are responsible for managing their own account credentials.

With respect to content you submit to or publish on the Service (textures, sounds, pack configurations, descriptions, comments, etc.):

• Ownership: rights to content you submit remain with you.
• License to the Service: you grant the operator of the Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, generate thumbnails of, and archive that content for the purpose of operating the Service. If you delete a submission, we will stop displaying it within a reasonable period.
• No infringement of third-party rights: you must not post content that infringes the copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• License confirmation: please complete the license confirmation checkboxes at submission time (CC0 / commercial redistribution permitted) honestly. If misrepresentation is discovered, we may delete the content, suspend the account, or take similar action.

• Posting copyrighted works or trademarks of others without authorization
• Redistributing official assets belonging to Mojang AB, Microsoft, or other rights holders
• Posting content that is illegal or contrary to public order and morals
• Harassment, defamation, or impersonation directed at other users, the operator, or third parties
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the Service, or placing excessive load on the system (bulk requests, automated posting via bots, etc.)
• Scraping the Service or abusing its APIs
• Posting content containing malware, phishing, or spam
• Using the Service to engage in illegal distribution

The operator may remove content or suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following cases:

• When a violation of these Terms is confirmed
• When a third-party copyright infringement claim (e.g., DMCA) is found to be valid
• When activity threatens the safety or reliability of the Service
• Accounts with no login activity for an extended period (one year or more)

• The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranty of operational completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
• We do not warrant that .mcpack files produced through the Service will behave on Minecraft Bedrock Edition as intended.
• The operator is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
• The operator is not a party to disputes between users, or between users and third parties.

The Service is not affiliated in any way with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any other official Minecraft-related organization. It is an unofficial, third-party tool. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

These Terms may be changed without prior notice. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance over any disputes related to the Service.
